What we do...
GCSE Tutoring began in 2016, from the beginning, our results have been outstanding and the feedback from parents and students has been positive and appreciative. We set our standards very high and students are assessed regularly to ensure that progress is being made. This is one of the strengths to having tuition, we can assess weekly, whereas a school environment can only assess termly- but so much can be achieved in 6-12 weeks!
Our vision...
Education is not a commodity, it should be available to all.
Small group lessons are available which are affordable for all. This collaboration of minds is also beneficial with having discussions and promoting higher-level thinking.
Students are never numbers.
All students are considered as individuals, they all have their own likes, dislikes, goals, and aspirations. Our job is to support them in getting them to where they need to be and maintaining that support
for as long as they feel necessary.
Commitment is essential.
If the student is as committed to achieving and progressing as we are, they will flourish.
Education should not be limited to filling the mind with information.
Our lessons actively promote knowledge of the world and people around us. This is reflected in the
range of texts we study and the discussions that are raised in lessons. We aim to promote and
encourage inquisitiveness, independence, and confidence in our learners.
