Small Group Classes
I started running the group lessons as my student list began to grow and I could not fit everyone in. These have been a new addition since September 2021, and they have been hugely successful. Commitment is required from the students as homework is set weekly (as this is the only way I can assess individual performance).
Students are put in small, age-appropriate groups with students of similar abilities. The groups have been advantageous in facilitating higher- level thinking discussions about characters and themes which are essential to succeeding at GCSE.

English language, Maths and Science re-sits
Don’t be too disappointed if you didn’t quite get the grade at school or college this time, a few 1-1 lessons can make such a difference. We are experienced in preparing students for the November re-sits. I know it can be de-motivating but sometimes you just need some 1-1 support to help on working on your areas for improvement.
